### Über uns

Die INFORM Praxis für Physiotherapie in Hodenhagen (Kreuzkamp 1, 29693) setzt auf aktive Therapie. Unser Ziel ist es, Patienten nicht nur passiv zu behandeln, sondern sie aktiv in ihre Therapie einzubinden. Dabei nutzen wir sowohl unsere Praxisräume als auch unser angeschlossenes Fitnessstudio, um ein breites Spektrum an Behandlungsmöglichkeiten anzubieten.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Behandlung unserer Patient:innen mit Fokus auf aktive Therapie
  • Behandlung in der Praxis sowie wohnortnahe Einsätze in Alters- und Behindertenheimen
  • Einbindung von Geräten und Zusatzmaterialien aus dem Fitnessstudio in die Therapie
  • Flexible Zeitgestaltung bei Heim-Einsätzen, Praxiszeiten orientieren sich an den üblichen Praxiszeiten

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut:in
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten, Empathie und Teamgeist
  • Interesse an aktiver Patientenbetreuung und individuellen Therapieansätzen
  • Fortbildungen in KG-ZNS oder KG-Gerät sind willkommen, aber keine Pflicht
  • Auch Berufsanfänger:innen sind herzlich willkommen

Arbeitsmodelle

  • Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder Minijob – nach Ihren Bedürfnissen
  • Heim- und Praxiseinsätze nach Absprache, ortsnah zu Ihrem Wohnort
