### Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche physiotherapeutische Behandlungen von Patient:innen in Einzeltherapie
  • Selbständige Entwicklung von Therapieplänen, die auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Patient:innen zugeschnitten sind.
  • Erstellen von Eingangs-, Zwischen- und Endbefunden sowie führen einer Verlaufsdokumentation
  • Kontrolle von physiotherapeutischen Verordnungen nach den Regeln des Rahmenvertrags und der Heilmittelrichtlinien
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem interdisziplinären Team zusammen, um die bestmögliche Patientenversorgung zu gewährleisten.

### Dein Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Fachbereich Physiotherapie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung sowie Zusatzqualifikationen/Fortbildungen wünschenswert
  • Teamfähigkeit, konstruktive ergebnisorientierte und abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
  • Lust auf Entwicklung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Patienten Verantwortungsgefühl, hohen Qualitätsanspruch
