nach ein paar Jahren in verschiedenen Physiopraxen hatte ich es satt…

Wenig bis gar keine Kommunikation zwischen Chef und Team, Stress zwischen Therapeut und Anmeldung und Vorschläge, die zwar gehört aber auch Jahre später nicht umgesetzt wurden…

Ich wollte nicht jeden Tag den gleichen 0815-Ablauf und nur stupide die Behandlung nach Schema F abarbeiten. Das war einfach nicht meins und ich wusste das geht auch anders…

Mit der Physiotherapie Zentral bieten wir seit September 2020 ein Praxis-Konzept bei dem nicht nur unsere Patienten/innen, sondern auch du als Therapeut/in voll auf deine Kosten kommst:

Deine Ideen und deinen eigenen Charakter aktiv mit einbringen, autarkes Arbeiten und Verantwortung übernehmen statt stupide Prozesse abarbeiten und wenig bis gar keine Kommunikation.

Große, helle Praxisräume mit Trainingsbereich, Klimaanlage und allem was das Therapeutenherz begehrt

Arbeitszeiten flexibel, je nachdem ob du gerne morgens, nachmittags und/oder eher abends arbeiten möchtest (holländisches Modell mit 4- Tage Woche möglich).

Derzeit sind wir noch auf der Suche nach ausgebildeten Physiotherapeuten/innen in Vollzeit, Teilzeit, oder als Minijob.

With Physiotherapy Zentral, we have been offering a practice concept since September 2020 where not only our patients, but also your opinion as a therapist will be heard: Actively contribute your ideas and your own character, work independently and take responsibility.

Large, bright practice rooms with training area, air conditioning and everything the therapist’s heart desires.

Working hours flexible, depending on whether you like to work in the morning, afternoon and/or rather in the evening (4-day week possible).
