Goring Hall Hospital in West Sussex is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

  • Undertake detailed physiotherapy assessments for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, or post-surgical needs.
  • Formulate and deliver individualised treatment plans using a range of evidence-based interventions.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions such as exercise therapy, manual techniques, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to provide integrated care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in accordance with HCPC, CSP, and organisational guidelines.
  • Assess for, recommend, and educate on the safe use of mobility aids and therapy equipment.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Good clinical reasoning, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
