Picker / Packer - Temporary

We are currently accepting applications for a Temporary Picker / Packer to join our team on the Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:30pm shift at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters.

What you will be doing

Pick, pack, and process samples with accuracy to meet daily production and delivery expectations.

Meet and exceed SLAs by following efficient workflows, identifying process improvements, and supporting overall fulfillment performance.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets company standards and is always ready for internal tours or inspections.

What You Bring to the Table

Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Excellent time management

Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus

Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus

Fork lift experience is a plus

Compensation

This is a four‑month temporary, part‑time position scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role is based at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters and offers a pay rate of $19.25 per hour .
