Stellenbeschreibung

Für unser italienisches Restaurant La Piazza in Bobingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen erfahrenen und zuverlässigen Pizzabäcker (m/w/d) für die Zubereitung traditioneller italienischer Pizza im Holzofen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Zubereitung und Backen von Pizzen im Holzofen
  • Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Pizzateig
  • Vorbereitung der Zutaten und Organisation des Arbeitsplatzes
  • Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Qualität
  • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung als Pizzabäcker, vorzugsweise mit Holzofen
  • Kenntnisse in der traditionellen italienischen Pizzazubereitung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und saubere Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
