Für unseren gastronomischen Bereich suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und selbstständig arbeitenden

Pizzabäcker (m/w/d) ,

  • der die komplette Vorbereitung, Herstellung und Organisation rund um den Pizza-Bereich übernimmt.
  • Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt auf der eigenverantwortlichen Herstellung von Pizza und allen dazugehörigen Arbeiten im Küchen- und Vorbereitungsbereich.

Bedienung und Service am Gast gehören nicht zum Aufgabenbereich.

Zu den täglichen Tätigkeiten gehören

  • die Vorbereitung und Herstellung von Pizzateig,
  • das Portionieren und Lagern der Teiglinge sowie
  • die fachgerechte Vorbereitung aller benötigten Zutaten.

Darüber hinaus umfasst die Tätigkeit 

  • das Belegen und Backen der Pizzen unter Einhaltung gleichbleibender Qualitätsstandards
  • die Organisation eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufs im Pizza-Bereich.

Erwartet werden 

  • Zuverlässigkeit,
  • Belastbarkeit und
  • eigenständiges Arbeiten auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Pizza und im Umgang mit Pizzaöfen ist Voraussetzung.

Wichtig sind außerdem ein sauberes und organisiertes Arbeiten sowie ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Arbeitsmaterialien.

Eine Einarbeitung und wenn notwendig Unterkunft werden garantiert.
