Das Ristorante Roma im Mannheimer Lindenhof steht seit 2008 für frischen Fisch, hausgemachte Pasta und echte italienische Küche. Seit unserem Umzug in die Rheindammstraße backen wir im neuen Pizzaofen – und suchen dafür ab 1. November 2026 einen erfahrenen Pizzaiolo (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Zubereitung von Pizza nach italienischer Art – Teig, Belag, Backen im Ofen
- Teigherstellung und Führung des Teiges (Vorteig, Ruhezeiten)
- Mise en Place und Organisation des Pizzapostens
- Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Pizzaiolo / Pizzabäcker
- Sicherer Umgang mit Teig und Steinofen
- Zuverlässigkeit, Tempo und Teamgeist – auch bei vollem Haus
- Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenenddiensten
- Deutsch oder Italienisch in Grundkenntnissen
