Planer Hochbau (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit (40 Std./ Woche) mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeit mit Bürokernzeiten von 09:00 - 12:00 Uhr 14:00 - 16:30 Uhr freitags bis 14:30 Uhr)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Erstellung von Entwurf-/ Genehmigung-/ Ausführungsplanungen
  • Bauherren, Unternehmer- und Objektbetreuung in den Leistungsphasen 2 bis 5

### Ihr Profil:

  • Architekt/in, Hochbauingenieur/in, Techniker/in für Bautechnik oder Bauzeichner mit Berufserfahrung
  • gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen CAD (ArchiCAD) und MS Office
  • baurechtliches Wissen (VOB, DIN u.a.)
  • selbstständige, präzise Arbeitsweise und teamorientiertes Denken
