Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Planer für die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung im Nichtwohngebäudebereich – mit Schwerpunkt Heizung, Kälte und Lüftung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung der TGA in allen Leistungsphasen (Schwerpunkt HKL)
  • Projektbearbeitung im Bereich Nichtwohngebäude
  • Möglichst Erfahrung im Umbau und Bauen im Bestand
  • Erstellung von Berechnungen, Auslegungen und Konzepten
  • Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung und Vergabe
  • Technische Abstimmung mit Bauherren, Fachplanern und Projektbeteiligten
  • Teilnahme an Projektbesprechungen
  • Fachliche Begleitung der Ausführung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Versorgungstechnik/ Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Planung von TGA im Nichtwohngebäudebereich
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umbau und in Bestandsprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägiger Planungssoftware (Auto-CAD, Revit)
  • Kenntnisse der VOB und HOAI von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
