Prepare presentation materials, agendas, and meeting summaries, and facilitate steering meetings.
Participate in site visits, field data collection, and safety audits to support planning and safety analysis.
Assist senior staff with technical analysis, report preparation, and coordination with government and transportation agency clients, and help track budgets, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Support the preparation of grant applications and post-award reporting, including quarterly progress reports and related funding or compliance documentation (e.g., federal and state transportation funding programs).
What You'll Bring:
Master's degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, Geography/GIS, or a related field (preferred); or a bachelor’s degree in city and Regional Planning, Transportation, Urban Planning, Geography, Public Policy, or a related field with 2+ years of professional transportation planning experience.
