We are seeking a detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to manage planning workflows and support Senior Planners, Financial Advisors, and Wealth Managers serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. This role coordinates planning engagements, client meetings, and communication with clients’ tax and legal advisors.

• Primary Qualifications:
• •Previous experience working in the Financial Services Industry is strongly preferred.
• •Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or ability to obtain both within 180 days of joining the firm.
• •FPQP certification, or ability to obtain it within one year of joining the firm.
• •Strong analytical skills; familiarity with investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients preferred.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Client-focused approach with strong follow-through.
• •Proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative work style.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• •Advanced technology skills.

• Primary Duties:
• •Manage planning intake, priorities, and scheduling across all client segments.
• •Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to keep cases moving efficiently.
• •Coordinate handoffs among Advisors, Paraplanners, Senior Planners, Directors, and Trust partners.
• •Ensure cases follow established Wealth Planning Group workflows and stages.
• •Serve as the primary contact for planning logistics, workflow, and coordination—not advice.
• •Oversee data and document collection to ensure complete, accurate planning inputs.
• •Maintain consistent planning tools, templates, and communication standards.
• •Support leadership with capacity tracking and workflow reporting.
• •Coordinate planning events and initiatives, including webinars and the Wealth Planning Summit.
• •Ensure planning processes and documentation meet regulatory, fiduciary, and operational requirements for internal and external engagements.
• •Other duties as assigned.

The potential base pay hiring range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000. The compensation offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis considering a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the skills, relevant work experience, and geographic location of each specific candidate.
