The role

We are seeking a motivated Planning Engineer to join our team for a key hydropower project based in Peshawar. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, and management, contributing to the successful execution of a high-impact infrastructure initiative.

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using advanced planning tools.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of project timelines with execution plans.

Analyze project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations on schedule performance for stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in all planning and scheduling activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

You will bring proven experience in a similar consultancy role, with a strong ability to build trusted relationships, drive positive change and secure new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

· Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. B.Sc in Civil Engineering)

· Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or hydropower projects.

· Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

· Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
