Plant Maintenance Mechanic- $1000 Hiring Bonus

Description

We are looking for a skilled self-motivated Plant Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! • •$27-$35 per hour based on experience
• •Plus $8 per hour shift differential
• •$1000 Hiring Bonus

Plant Maintenance Mechanics are responsible for the following:

• •Perform maintenance/repair for all plant equipment (including conveyors).
• •Complete routine maintenance as scheduled for all equipment.
• •Must diagnose and complete minor/major repair work.
• •Complete routine electric work such as: replacing lights, fixtures, and outlets.
• •Will need to cut, torch, weld as necessary.
• •May be required to operate/move heavy equipment.
• •Required to fabricate parts from blueprints and/or hand measurements

Requirements

• •Minimum of 2 years of plant maintenance experience required.
• •Valid Driver's License with no restrictions.
• •Drug Screen and Background Check Required.
• •Willing to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience with conveyor belt maintenance.
• •Experience with electrical maintenance.
• •Experience with heavy equipment / mechanical knowledge.
• •Experience with power operated tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and forklifts.
• •Comfortable with repetitive fine motor control to operate tools
