Verantwortlich für die ordnungsgemäße Umsetzung der unternehmensinternen Verpflichtungen hinsichtlich der Gesetzgebung zu schweren Unfällen, der Arbeitssicherheit und der Arbeitsschutzverordnung vor Ort (Zuständigkeiten und Aufgabenübertragung)
Organisation und Sicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe innerhalb der Abfüllanlage nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen
Anleitung, Einweisung, Schulung und Weiterbildung der ihm unterstellten Mitarbeiter
Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements (ISO 9001 ff.), des Umweltmanagements (ISO 14001) und des Energiemanagements (ISO 50001)
Standortverantwortung für die Lebensmittelsicherheit (LMS) gemäß DIN EN ISO 22000
Planung und Einhaltung des Kostenbudgets und der Investitionspläne für den Zuständigkeitsbereich
Dokumentenmanagement im Rahmen der Position
Entwicklung und Überwachung standortrelevanter KPIs
Benennung und Ernennung standortrelevanter Beauftragter
Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem regionalen Betriebsrat gemäß BetrVG und
Betriebsvereinbarungen
Informationsweitergabe an Aufsichtsbehörden
Bereitschaftsdienst für die Werksleitung

Ausbildung:
Bachelor-Abschluss in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Verfahrenstechnik oder mehrjährige vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

Kenntnisse:
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Betriebswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik und Verfahrenstechnik
Computerkenntnisse: Word, Excel und SAP
Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Fähigkeiten:
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft, natürliche Autorität und zwischenmenschliche Kompetenz
Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit
Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Denkfähigkeit
Prozessorientiert

Erfahrung:
Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Produktionsteams oder im Projektmanagement
