## Aufgaben

Als Planungskoordinator:in (m/w/d) koordinieren Sie alle planungsrelevanten Tätigkeiten schlüsselfertiger Bauvorhabens über die gesamten Projektphasen der Planung

  • Die Führung und Koordination von Planungsteams bei schlüsselfertigen Hochbauprojekten liegt in Ihren Händen
  • Sie wirken mit bei der Vergabe von Planungsleistungen und Erstellung von Planerverträgen
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Planungsteam erarbeiten Sie Planungsterminpläne
  • Die Steuerung und Kontrolle von Plan- und Prüfläufen sowie Planungsterminen haben Sie im Blick
  • Zudem führen Sie Planbesprechungen durch und protokollieren diese
  • Sie finden Optimierungen von technischen Lösungen im Dialog mit den Planungs- und Baubeteiligten
  • Des Weiteren arbeiten Sie eng mit der Projekt- und Bauleitung sowie den Auftraggeber:innen zusammen

## Qualifikationen

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Architektur oder des Bauingenieurwesens
  • Berufserfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung/Planungskoordination oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gute Kenntnisse in einem CAD-System (z.B. Revit) von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Fähigkeit zur Führung und Motivation von Teams
