Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Technische Gebäude Ausrüstung oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Ausführungsplanung/Planungskoordination, der Projektleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse verschiedener CAD-Systeme (z.B. Revit) von Vorteil
  • BIM-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Hohes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbständige, engagierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab

Aufgaben

  • Planungskoordination bei schlüsselfertigen Ausführungsprojekten
  • Führung von externen Planungsbüros und internen Planern in der Angebots- und Ausführungsphase
  • Vergabe von Planungsleistungen
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Planungsabläufen und -fristen
  • Planprüfung auf technisch und vertraglich korrekte Inhalte
  • Optimierung von technischen Lösungen im Dialog mit den Planungs- und Baubeteiligten
