Profil:

  • SAP Grundkenntnisse
  • Excel Grundkenntnisse

  • Kernaufgaben:
  • Planung der Mitarbeiter und Einteilung bei Schichtbeginn
  • Schichtplanung und Einteilung der MA in Früh – und Spätschicht
  • Buchen der Fertigware
  • Anfordern der Komponenten über SAP und nach Beendigung des Auftrages zurücklagern
  • Bestandsprüfung, Bestadskorrektur über SAP
  • Ablösung der Mitarbeiter
  • Unterstützung der MMB
  • Drucken der benötigten Etiketten
  • Überwachung der Fertigungsfortschritte
  • Mitarbeiter fördern und fordern
  • Unterstützung vom Schichtleiter und Montageleiter
  • Durchführung von Erstunterweisungen
  • Sicherstellung des normkonformen Ablaufes in der Montage
  • Optimieren der Montageabläufe

Funktion:

Planung der Montagearbeitsplätze im Schichtbetrieb (2-Schichten), Materialanforderungen über SAP, Materialrücklagerungen über SAP, Bestandsführung der Materialien, Weisungen der Mitarbeiter, Ablösung der Mitarbeiter an den Arbeitsplätzen, Unterstützung der Mehrmaschinenbediener
