## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auswerten von Bauleitplanungen zur Identifikation relevanter Anforderungen und Potenziale für den Systembau ​
  • Begleitung der Modellerstellung (BIM) in enger Abstimmung mit Kalkulation und Planung zur Angebotserstellung ​
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten während der Angebotsphase und aller Leistungsphasen der Planung.​
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Systemkomponenten im Hinblick auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und technische Machbarkeit

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, in der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.​
  • Berufserfahrung in Planung, Projektkoordination oder Bauleitung.​
  • Organisationsgeschick, technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis.​
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie kostenbewusstes Handeln.​
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Planungsleistungen, Bauleitplanungen und Optimierung technischer Lösungen
