## Dein Job

  • Du entwickelst Kubernetes Operatoren und Controller in Go und schaffst damit die Grundlage für mehr Automatisierung innerhalb unserer Plattform
  • Du baust wiederverwendbare Plattform-Komponenten für den produktiven Einsatz in cloud-nativen Umgebungen
  • Du automatisierst Infrastruktur mit Terraform/OpenTofu und operative Abläufe mit einem klaren Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Stabilität und Wartbarkeit
  • Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattformarchitektur rund um Kubernetes und cloud-native Betriebsmodelle
  • Du unterstützt dabei, Self-Service-Funktionalitäten für Entwicklungsteams technisch umzusetzen
  • Du integrierst Plattformfunktionen in bestehende DevOps- und GitOps-Ansätze
  • Du bringst dich in technische Entscheidungen rund um Automatisierung, Plattform-Betrieb und Standardisierung ein

## Das bringst du mit

  • Sehr gute Golang-Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver Software
  • Sehr tiefe Kubernetes-Erfahrung, insbesondere in der Entwicklung von Kubernetes Operatoren und Controllern
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für Kubernetes-APIs, Reconciliation-Patterns und cloud-native Architekturprinzipien
  • Erfahrung im Platform Engineering und im Aufbau bzw. in der Weiterentwicklung Kubernetes-basierter Plattformen
  • Know-how in der Automatisierung von Infrastruktur, Services oder Betriebsprozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit GitOps, IaC-Ansätzen (z. B. Terraform, OpenTofu) oder Developer-Plattformen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, pragmatisch und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch an nachhaltige technische Lösungen
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
