Wir bauen unsere neue, zentrale Business Management Plattform – ein einziges, modernes System, das die Prozesse der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe vereint. Für Aufbau und Betrieb der Infrastruktur suchen wir Dich als Platform- bzw. Infrastructure-Engineer.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du baust und betreibst die Infrastruktur der Business Management Plattform – von Entwicklungs- und Test-Umgebungen bis zur Produktion, vollständig as Code (Terraform + Ansible auf Hetzner Cloud).
  • Du verantwortest unsere PostgreSQL-Plattform: Hochverfügbarkeit (Patroni), Connection-Pooling, Performance, Backups und regelmäßige Restore-Übungen.
  • Du richtest die Datenplattform-Dienste ein und hältst sie am Laufen: Redpanda, ClickHouse, Suche (Meilisearch), Cache (Dragonfly), Realtime (Centrifugo).
  • Du kümmerst Dich um Secrets & PKI (OpenBao) sowie um Identity und SSO (Keycloak).
  • Du sorgst für Monitoring, Alerting und Runbooks – und für einen ruhigen Betrieb inklusive Incident-Handling und Notfall-Übungen.
  • Du hältst Netzwerk, DNS und Mail-Zustellbarkeit sauber (Cloudflare, Firewalls, SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
  • Du treibst Sicherheit und Datenschutz operativ voran: Härtung, Least Privilege, Verschlüsselung.

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von Linux-Servern in Produktionsverantwortung (Debian/Ubuntu).
  • Infrastructure-as-Code als Arbeitsweise: Ansible und/oder Terraform im produktiven Einsatz.
  • Fundierte PostgreSQL-Praxis: Replikation/Hochverfügbarkeit, Backup & Restore (geübt), Performance-Grundlagen.
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring/Alerting und strukturiertem Incident-Vorgehen.
  • Solide Netzwerk- und Security-Grundlagen (TLS/PKI, DNS, Firewalling, Secrets-Management).
  • Von Vorteil: Patroni/etcd, PgBouncer, Kafka/Redpanda, ClickHouse, Keycloak, Hetzner Cloud, Cloudflare.
  • Du magst schlanke, überschaubare Systeme – wir setzen bewusst auf VMs und Automatisierung statt auf Kubernetes-Overhead.
  • Bereitschaft, an einer Rufbereitschaft mitzuwirken (das Modell gestalten wir gemeinsam).
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
