Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung und im agilen Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit MCP-Servern, agentischen Skills und deren Funktionsweise.
  • Mindestens 12 Monate kontinuierliche praktische Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungswerkzeugen, z. B. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor oder vergleichbaren Tools.
  • Erfahrung in der technischen Beratung, Wissensvermittlung und Befähigung von IT-Teams.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Grundlagen agentischer KI-Systeme, insbesondere LLMs, RAG, Embeddings, Tool Calling, Orchestrierung, Guardrails und Evaluation.
  • Verständnis für Grenzen und Risiken generativer KI, insbesondere Halluzinationen, Prompt Injection, Qualitätsbewertung und Modellabhängigkeiten.
  • Erfahrung mit Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Definition of Done und Jira.
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau oder höher in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen und KI-Plattformen wie AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry Agents Service oder Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Kenntnisse in der Evaluation agentischer Systeme und der automatisierten Qualitätssicherung.
  • Erfahrung in großen, regulierten Konzernumgebungen, idealerweise mit SAFe oder im Bahnumfeld.
  • Kenntnisse in Security, Datenschutz und Compliance im Kontext generativer KI.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konzeption, Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung wiederverwendbarer Framework-Bausteine für agentische KI-Systeme.
  • Integration und Bewertung von KI-Modellen, Agenten, MCP-Servern und KI-Entwicklungswerkzeugen.
  • Entwicklung automatisierter Tests, Evaluierungen und Qualitätssicherungen für KI-gestützte Abläufe.
  • Beratung, Schulung und technische Begleitung interner Entwicklungsteams beim Einsatz von KI-Werkzeugen.
  • Bewertung technischer Lösungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Sicherheit, Kosten und Wiederverwendbarkeit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Architektur, Security, Datenschutz, Compliance und weiteren Entwicklungsteams.
  • Dokumentation technischer Entscheidungen sowie Vermittlung von Wissen durch Workshops, Demos und Leitfäden.
