As a Veeva / CRM Specialist you will lead client support efforts focused on data and analytics engineering solutions, bringing together Veeva and CRM knowledge to shape data-driven outcomes within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead multiple work streams, guide teams through complex problem-solving, and use sound judgment to direct priorities, communicate clear direction, and support a diverse team in delivering results. In this role at PwC, you will advise on advanced analytics, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical solutions that support informed decision-making and business growth.

Responsibilities

• - Leading Veeva CRM and client relationship management initiatives across data science and analytics engagements
• - Advising client teams on data-driven approaches for sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes
• - Developing statistical models, dashboards, and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable findings
• - Managing multiple workstreams, prioritizing deliverables, and coordinating timelines across technical and business stakeholders
• - Applying machine learning, predictive modeling, and exploratory analysis to identify patterns and support business decisions
• - Evaluating data quality, pipeline design, and data modeling methods to improve reliability and usability
• - Coaching team members through analysis, solution design, and presentation of findings to varied audiences
• - Communicating recommendations clearly to client leaders and internal stakeholders while navigating changing priorities

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 12 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
