Responsibilities

• •Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service calls, repairs, and installations
• •Support tasks such as diagnosing issues, replacing fixtures, water heater installs, drain cleaning, and leak repairs
• •Learn and follow company processes, safety protocols, and service standards
• •Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• •Protect customer property and leave every work area clean at the end of the call
• •Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• •Participate in ongoing training and development to progress toward full licensure
• •Follow all state and local plumbing codes and compliance requirements
• •Provide support during after-hours or weekend shifts as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Texas Apprentice Plumbing License, or ability to register with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) — Midway Plumbing will assist with registration
• •Strong interest in the plumbing trade and a desire to grow with Midway Plumbing
• •Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and tight areas
• •Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
• •Good communication and customer service skills
• •Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
