Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Residential New Construction and Service Plumbing Operations Manager to oversee and manage our plumbing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential plumbing, a strong leadership background, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Oversee day-to-day operations of residential new construction and service plumbing projects.
• •Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• •Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
• •Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• •Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet organizational goals.
• •P & L responsibility.
• •Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing regulations.
• •Address and resolve any issues or complaints from clients in a professional manner.
• •Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all plumbing projects.
• •Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing, with a focus on new construction and service.
