Job Responsibilities

• •Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and piping.
• •Respond to service calls promptly, providing efficient and high-quality plumbing solutions for homeowners.
• •Inspect plumbing systems and fixtures to detect issues and recommend repair or replacement options.
• •Troubleshoot leaks, clogs, water pressure problems, and drainage issues using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• •Provide clear explanations to customers regarding problems, solutions, pricing, and maintenance tips.
• •Prepare and complete work orders, estimates, and service documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• •Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools, equipment, and service vehicle.
• •Follow all safety guidelines, plumbing codes, and company procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• •Collaborate with dispatch and office staff to update job statuses and ensure smooth workflow.
• •Represent the company professionally through excellent customer service and a courteous attitude.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• •Valid plumbing license or apprentice registration (per state requirements).
• •Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and local codes.
• •Ability to diagnose issues and present repair/replacement options to customers.
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• •Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawlspaces, outdoors).
• •Organized, safety-focused, and comfortable using job management software.
• •Willingness to participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
