Zur Verbesserung der Bildungschancen von Kindern aus Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen suchen wir für unsere Kita Abenteuerland in Herzogenrath eine(n):

Sozialpädagogen\*in / in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit (mind. 20h/Woche)

Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben

  • adressatengerechte Elternarbeit
  • Einbeziehung der Personensorgeberechtigten in die Bildungsförderung
  • Unterstützung der Fachkräfte bei der Arbeit mit den Familien
  • Netzwerkarbeit im Sozialraum
  • Begleitung von Familien bei Alltagsproblemen, Krisen und Notlagen

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialen Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik u.ä. oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in
  • Freude und Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit Familien in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Beratungskompetenz und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit v.a. bezogen auf das eigene Handeln und die eigenen Werte
  • Kenntnisse über rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen und Hilfesysteme (SGB II, SGB VIII etc.)
