부서 소개
컨텐츠사업팀은 캐릭터 수집형 서브컬처 게임의 글로벌 라이브 서비스를 담당하며, 콘텐츠와 사업을 연결하는 역할을 하고 있습니다.
주요 업데이트와 이벤트, BM을 기획하고, 데이터와 유저 반응을 바탕으로 서비스 현황을 분석하여 개선 과제를 도출합니다. 또한 개발팀 및 다양한 유관 부서와 협업하며 라이브 이슈 대응과 유저 커뮤니케이션 등 서비스 전반에 참여합니다.
특정 업무 영역에 한정되기보다 콘텐츠, 데이터, BM, 유저 경험을 함께 바라보며 게임에 필요한 일을 주도적으로 찾아 해결하는 팀을 지향합니다. 게임을 깊이 이해하고, 유저에게 더 좋은 경험을 제공하면서 게임의 지속적인 성장을 함께 만들어가고 있습니다.
