  • Key job responsibilities
  • As a Program Manager, you will collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers, as well as identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction. You will identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations.
  • You will build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes.

A successful Program Manager must be able to work independently, understand rapidly the key pain points of the processes, and influence internal/external partners at all levels of the organization. This role will particularly suits someone with strong analytical abilities, relationship building skills and superb project management capabilities.

Basic qualifications

  • - Bachelor's degree
  • - 4+ years of sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent experience
  • - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred qualifications

  • - 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • - Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
  • - Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • - Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
