What You Will Do

• •Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence
• •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences
• •Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation
• •Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
• •Process payments accurately using POS systems
• •Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations
• •Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar
• •Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked
• •Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties
• •Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service
• •Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• •Regular attendance in conformance with standards
• •May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
• •Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
• •Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

Required :

• •Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• •Strong guest service and communication skills
• •Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed

Preferred :

• •Experience with POS systems
• •High School Diploma or equivalent
