At PMAT , we work on mission critical systems that directly support the warfighter, designing, building, and securing modern digital capabilities across cloud, data, and software environments. Our Internship program provides paid opportunities for students enrolled in colleges, universities, and other qualifying educational institutions to gain valuable, hands-on experience while supporting meaningful work across engineering, technology, business, and corporate operations. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills while exploring careers supporting the Department of Defense.

About the Role: As a PMAT Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals on projects that support our customers, employees, and the Department of Defense. Internship opportunities are available across a variety of disciplines based on your education, interests, skills, and business needs.

Required:

Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school

Pursuing an associate, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree, or a relevant technical certification program

U.S. Citizenship required

Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance may be required depending on the internship assignment

Work Environment: Interns may work in PMAT offices, remotely (where permitted), or at government facilities depending on project assignments. Some travel may be required for customer engagement, team collaboration, training, or internship events.
