Für ein anspruchsvolles Umfeld im Bereich Combat Air Systems suchen wir einen PMO Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie Programme und Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg und übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in den Bereichen Risiko- und Chancenmanagement, Terminplanung sowie Performance Monitoring.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Unterstützung von Combat Air Systems Programmen und Projekten, z. B. Eurofighter Tranche 5
  • die Verantwortung für Risiko- und Chancenmanagement
  • die Verantwortung für Projekt- und Programmterminplanung
  • die Durchführung von Schedule Risk Analysen und Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
  • die Erstellung von Projektanalysen und Managementreportings
  • de Integration und Analyse von Anforderungen, Zeit, Kosten und Ressourcen
  • die Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen auf Management- und Kundenseite
  • das Stakeholder-Management in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • das Maturity Gate Management und Lessons Learned Aktivitäten
  • die Unterstützung des Änderungs- und Konfigurationsmanagements

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • mind. über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Risiko- und Chancenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Scheduling und Terminmanagement
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Project
  • Kenntnisse in Active Risk Manager (ARM) und Unified Planning
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
