A Snapshot of Your Day

Analyze sustainability reporting to support baseline definition and target setting. Coordinate sustainability-related activities with project sites worldwide. Manage competence profiles and skill data within the Siemens Energy Learning Platform (SELP).Support the development and communication of installation & commissioning training programs. Contribute to cyber resilience initiatives, including creating crisis playbooks and contact plans. Assist EC management with productivity tracking, lessons learned, workshop preparation, and safety induction activities.

• How You’ll Make an Impact
• •Drive sustainability reporting and help shape the sustainability roadmap for Installation & Commissioning
• •Strengthen the organization’s competence management by maintaining and improving role profiles and training structures
• •Enhance the Installation & Commissioning Academy through continuous development and content support
• •Develop and implement cyber resilience measures to increase preparedness at construction and project sites
• •Contribute to digitalization initiatives, acting as a deputy in key digital transformation projects
• •Support leadership with process optimization, workshop facilitation, and annual safety-related programs

• What You Bring
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a university or technical university
• •High motivation as a young professional with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• •Readiness to spend 3–5 months on construction sites during the initial training period
• •Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across processes and organizational interfaces
• •Interest in sustainability, digitalization, and competence development topics
• •Strong communication skills with fluency in German (C1) and English (B1) as well as a proactive, structured, and collaborative working style
