PMO / Projektmanagement-Unterstützung (m/w/d)
- Standort: bundesweit möglich
- Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid (München + remote)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von IT-Projekten und Programmen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Tools und Templates
- Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Koordination von Projektmeetings, Workshops und Reviews inkl. Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung
- Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Terminverfolgung
- Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation im Rahmen des Projektmanagements
- Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
- Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Alternativ: Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld oder in der Projektkoordination
- Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie technisches Englisch
