PMO / Projektmanagement-Unterstützung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von IT-Projekten und Programmen
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Tools und Templates
  • Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Koordination von Projektmeetings, Workshops und Reviews inkl. Protokollführung und Nachverfolgung
  • Unterstützung bei der Ressourcenplanung, Budgetkontrolle und Terminverfolgung
  • Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation im Rahmen des Projektmanagements
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, IT, Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ: Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld oder in der Projektkoordination
  • Kenntnisse in klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie technisches Englisch
