  • Menyusun perencanaan rute (routing) dan jadwal operasional tim CIT secara efisien.
  • Mengatur kebutuhan manpower (crew) dan armada sesuai volume pekerjaan.
  • Melakukan forecasting kebutuhan operasional (cash, crew, kendaraan).
  • Mengontrol dan memastikan perencanaan berjalan sesuai target dan SLA.
  • Melakukan analisa performa operasional (SLA, productivity, cost efficiency).
  • Mengelola dan mengontrol biaya operasional (BBM, tol, maintenance, dll).
  • Mengidentifikasi kendala operasional dan menyusun improvement plan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations Control, CPC, dan pihak terkait.
  • Menyusun laporan analisa dan performa operasional (harian/mingguan/bulanan).
  • Memastikan optimalisasi rute dan utilisasi armada.
  • Mendukung pengambilan keputusan melalui data dan reporting.
  • Memastikan perencanaan sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan perusahaan.
