Polier im Hochbau gesucht!

Du hast das Handwerk im Blut, behältst auch in heißen Phasen den Überblick und führst Teams mit Motivationsgeschick? Dann verstärke unser Team! Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten Polier im Hochbau für unsere regionalen Bauvorhaben.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du organisierst und wickelst anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung ab.
  • Du koordinierst Geräte und Materialien effizient und vorausschauend.
  • Du dokumentierst den Bauverlauf sowie anfallende Zusatzleistungen zuverlässig.
  • Du leitest die Facharbeiter vor Ort an und packst selbst tatkräftig mit an.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Baubereich und fundierte Berufserfahrung im Hochbau.
  • Ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsstärke.
  • Echten Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Leidenschaft für das Handwerk.
  • Einsatzbereitschaft für unsere regionalen Baustellen (je nach Auftragslage).
