### Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Baugewerbe von Vorteil
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit / ausreichende Konstitution
  • Erfahrung in der Bestandspflege von Wohnimmobilien wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität, Engagement und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Kundenfreundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
