  • Baustellen einrichten
  • Bauarbeiten überwachen
  • Fachkräfte leiten
  • Bauabläufe steuern
  • Logistik von Bauabläufen managen
  • Baustoffe bestellen, lagern und entsorgen
  • Umsetzung von Arbeitsschutz- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Anforderungen an DIch:
  • abgeschlossene gewerbliche Ausbildung im Hochbau (Polier o. geprüfter Polier), Fachrichtung Stahlbetonbau / Mauerwerksbau
  • Kenntnisse im Aufgabenbereich
  • Selbstständige, engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Führungsqualität
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft für bundesweite Einätze, überwiegend Raum München
