Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Polier im Hochbau (m/w/d).

Dein Profil:

  • Du bist Polier mit Praxiserfahrung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hochbau
  • Insbesondere ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit, Eigeninitiative
  • und die Fähigkeit zum Selbstständigen Arbeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Körperliche und gesundheitliche Eignung für Arbeiten in geschlossenen, offenen und hohen Gegebenheiten
  • Führerschein: Klasse B

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Reibungslose, qualitäts- und kostenbewusste Abwicklung des Bauvorhabens zum geplanten Termin
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für das Personal der eigenen Baustelle
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften für Geräte und Personal
  • Einhalten und prüfen der Zeitenlisten sowie qualifizierte Rückmeldung zur Kalkulation an die Projektleiter
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung
  • Arbeitsanweisungen an unterstelltes Personal erteilen
  • Vorausplanung der nächsten Arbeitsschritte
  • Stundenlisten der Baustellen führen und wöchentlich an den Innendienst übermitteln
  • Organisation und Optimierung der Fahrtwege zur Baustelle
