  • Aufgaben LPH 6-8 der HOAI im Wohnungsbau Mitwirkung bei der
  • Arbeitsvorbereitung Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Einzelvergaben
  • Festlegung von Baustellenabläufen Steuerung und Führung von
  • Nachunternehmern Überprüfung der Bauausführung hinsichtlich
  • Termintreue, Qualität und Vollständigkeit Überwachung sämtlicher
  • Gewerke im Schlüsselfertigbau, insbesondere des Rohbaus Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung (geprüfter Polier / Meister /
  • Techniker) im Hochbau Berufserfahrung im Wohnungsbau Gute Kenntnisse
  • der für den Bau relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und Richtlinien
  • Besonderer persönlicher Anspruch an die Umsetzung Ihrer Aufgaben,
  • Teamgeist, persönliches Miteinander sowie Projekterfolg Sehr gute
  • Deutsch-Kenntnisse (ab C1-Niveau) Benefits Arbeiten auf der
