#### Was für uns zählt

  • abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und/oder Weiterbildung zum (Werk)Polier
  • Berufserfahrung im Bahn- oder Verkehrswegebau oder in vergleichbarer Position wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B / Reisebereitschaft
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine selbständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise

  • Vorbereitung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
  • Führen des Baustellenpersonals
  • wirtschaftliche Einsatzplanung von Personal, Geräten und Material
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Gesundheitsschutzes
  • Baustelleneinsatz vorwiegend in den BL Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein und Brandenburg
