  • Vorbereitung und fachgerechte Abwicklung von Baustellen
  • Kontrolle einer fach- und auftragsgerechten Bauausführung
  • Koordination der Personal-, Material- und Gerätebeschaffung in Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
  • Baustellenkoordination
  • Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter auf der Baustelle
  • Erfassung von Arbeitsleistungen, Aufmaße und Erstellung der Stunden- und Bautagesberichte
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische Ausbildung (Maurer, Schalungsbauer, Betonbauer)
  • einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • freundlicher Umgang mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Projektpartnern
  • EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse (digitale Stundenerfassung)
  • Führerschein B
  • Polier-/Bauhandwerkerschule von Vorteil
