  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Um unseren erfolgreichen Wachstumskurs fortzusetzen, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Kolleg:in, um unser Team zu verstärken.
  • Überwachung und Organisation des Baustellenablaufs im Bereich Generalunternehmerbau
  • Führung und Koordination für eigenes und fremdes Baustellenpersonal
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Bauvorschriften und Terminplänen
  • Ansprechpartner:in für Auftraggeber:innen, Architekt:innen und Bauleitung
  • Zeitgerechte Materialbestellung und -kontrolle sowie Dokumentation der Baufortschritte
  • Gewährleistung von Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz auf der Baustelle
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bauhandwerk, vorzugsweise als Polier:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich GU-Bau oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Umsetzung der techn. Richtlinien
  • MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Organisationsgeschick und Lösungsorientierung
