Einsatzort: Niederlassung Klagenfurt

  • Der Aufgabenbereich:
  • Organisation, Koordination und Betreuung unserer Hochbau-Baustellen
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei der erfolgreichen Abwicklung der Bauprojekte
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Lieferant:innen sowie Subunternehmen
  • Führung und Koordination des Baustellenpersonals
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Durchführung und Kontrolle der Stundenerfassung
  • Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe und Termine auf der Baustelle
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene bautechnische bzw. handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Werkmeisterschule)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Hochbau, idealerweise als Polier:in oder Vorarbeiter:in
  • Führungskompetenz und Organisationstalent
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Team- und Kooperationsfähigkeit
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

Entlohnungsbasis:

Für diese Position ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 58.716,00 vorgesehen, bei entsprechender Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
