  • abgeschlossene Polierausbildung/Bauhandwerkerschule
  • Lernbereitschaft sowie selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Führerschein B
  • Verantwortungs- und Pflichtbewusstsein
  • Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Aufgaben
  • wirtschaftliche und fachkundige Koordination der Baustelle (Personal, Geräte, Abläufe)
  • Führung, Einteilung und Aufsicht der Baustellenmannschaft
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung vor Ort
