In Deutschland ist die STRABAG AG Marktführerin im Verkehrswegebau und bietet hierfür sämtliche Leistungen an - von der digitalen Planung über die Baustoffgewinnung und -produktion, den Bau der Projekte bis hin zur Wartung und Unterhaltung durch eigene Straßenbetriebsdienste.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anleitung und fachliche Führung des gewerblichen Fach- und Hilfspersonals auf der Baustelle
  • Betreuung überregionaler Baustellen
  • Zielorientierte, projektgerechte Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Baustellen in Absprache mit der Bauleitung
  • Wirtschaftliche Einsatzplanung von Personal, Geräten und Material
  • Organisation der Baustelle unter Einhaltung aller Maßgaben des Arbeitsschutzes und unseres SGU-Konzepts
  • Aufmaßerstellung
  • Bestellung von Baumaterial und Führen der Taglohnberichte
  • Umsetzung von berufstypischen Aufgaben im Rohrleitungsbau

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene gewerblich-technische Berufsausbildung und Weiterbildung zum:zur geprüften Polier:in mit Meisterbrief oder zum:zur Werkpolier:in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine engagierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
