## Polier (m/w/d) – Sanierung von Betontürmen an Windkraftanlagen

Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir einen Polier (m/w/d) mit Know-how im Betonbau für die Sanierung von Betontürmen an Windkraftanlagen .

  • Der Einsatz erfolgt deutschlandweit in internationalen Teams mit ca. 10 Technikern. Nach vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten wird in ca. 90 m Höhe mithilfe eines Krans und einer Arbeitsbühne eine vorgefertigte Schalung montiert und anschließend vergossen.
  • Die Arbeit in der Höhe ist keine zwingende Voraussetzung für jedes Teammitglied.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Führung von bis zu 12 Mitarbeitern auf der Baustelle
  • Überwachung und Koordination der Arbeiten gemäß Arbeitsanweisung
  • Kontrolle des Material- und Werkzeugbestands sowie Bestellung über den Bauleiter
  • Technische Dokumentation gemäß Arbeitsanweisung
  • Dokumentation der täglichen Arbeitszeiten
  • Kommunikation mit dem cp.max-Bauleiter sowie teilweise mit der MB-Bauleitung
  • Abstimmung von Lieferterminen, Logistik und Arbeitsplanung

### Ihr Profil (Anforderungen)

  • Solides Baustellenenglisch
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft sowie Verfügbarkeit an jedem 2./3. Wochenende
  • Einsatz im 10-Tage-Rhythmus oder 2 Wochen Arbeit / 1 Woche frei
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung und Organisation von Baustellen
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Führerschein Klasse B

  • Deutschkenntnisse
  • Vorkenntnisse im Betonbau
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Windkraftanlagen
  • Schwindelfreiheit für perspektivisches Betreten der Anlage / Seilarbeitsbühne
  • (inkl. Eignung für G41 )
  • SIVV-Schein
