Wir suchen ab sofort eine*n erfahrene*n Polier\*in (m/w/d), der/die unser Team verstärkt und unsere Bauprojekte erfolgreich umsetzt.

### Ihre Aufgaben

##### Das machen Sie bei uns

  • Führung und Koordination von Baustellenmitarbeitern
  • Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Bauvorschriften
  • Terminplanung und -überwachung
  • Material- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Kommunikation mit Bauleitern und anderen Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Baustellenbetriebs
  • Organisieren von sicherheitsrelevanten Wartungen und Mängelbehebung sowie Maßnahmen im Bauunterhalt

### Ihr Profil

##### Das zeichnet Sie aus

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder bautechnische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bauausführung und Materialbeschaffung
  • Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
  • Verständnis für Sicherheitsstandards und Bauvorschriften
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse auf den Gebieten Ausschreibung, Ausführungsplanung, Vertragswesen und Bauausführung
