  • Planung und Steuerung der Baudurchführung Erfassung und Dokumentation von Nachtrags- und Zusatzleistungen Einsatzplanung für Eigen- und Fremdpersonal Führung der Lohn- und Leistungsaufzeichnungen Durchführung von Vermessungs- und Absteckungsarbeiten Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Bauherren- und Behördenkontakten Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen zur Sicherstellung des Bauablaufs Führung des Bautagebuchs Materialbedarfsplanung, Beschaffung und Disposition Kontrolle der Arbeitspapiere von Subunternehmen Umsetzung von Arbeitssicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzmaßnahmen
